Dell took a few days preparing to launch its new notebook, but it was today when it announced the official launch of its new XPS 15z. The new 15-inch model characterised by the thinness of its thickness and having an attractive design that sufficiently close to the MacBook Pro is no coincidence, since the new Dell laptop hits the market with the clear intention of competing with the known Apple computers.

This design, together with its small thickness and weight, very interesting technical features, as well as a set price would make it an attractive alternative to the MacBook Pro, especially for those who want to have a laptop with similar characteristics but with Windows.

As mentioned, the design is very reminiscent of the most popular laptops from Apple. Like them, we are talking about a model very thin (only 2.5 cm thick) and weighing 2.51 kg. It also resembles in outward appearance, with a metallic casing that gives it a rather elegant. The keyboard is retrolimunado. In short, we can speak of a model very attractive visually.

Although Dell has not officially announced its third tablet Android “The Dell Streak Pro” has already appeared somewhere in the Netherlands, which means that we can have a look.

The Streak Pro will be the largest Dell tablet with a 10.1-inch screen with 1280 x 800 pixels. Features include: 1 GHz processor (possibly an NVIDIA Tegra dual core), 1 GB DDR2 memory, Wi-Fi, 5 MP back camera, front camera 2 MP, and storage space on board 16 / 32 / 64 GB.

The tablet is not as thin as Apple iPAD 2 or as the new Samsung Galaxy Tab, but has very good size: 261 x 176.4 x 12.9 mm.
