North Korea wants to remain isolated and technologically backward as some imagine that this paradise is a communist dictatorship.
To do anything like provide its citizens with laptops, but of course, aimed exclusively at school or work and without any glimmer of potential use for leisure. There will be only three models (and you’re good), one focused on education, another to work. All controlled by the State, of course. And there’s more.
