Despite the increasing weight of the tablets on the market at the expense of the netbooks, which they see as their sales continue to decline, many manufacturers are releasing new models for those who need their small portable life. This is the case of the German company Medion has unveiled its new Akoya E1225, an interesting model that is presented as an SUV thanks to its interchangeable protective housings in various colours.

As for the technical characteristics are quite similar to those we see in other models. Has an LED display and 10-inch 1,024 × 600 pixel resolution. Inside are an Intel Atom N455 processor at 1.66GHz, 1 GB of RAM, Intel GMA 3150 graphics card and the storage we have a 250 GB hard drive. Of note is the presence of a USB 3.0 (which allows speeds 10 times faster than USB 2.0), as well as WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0. The included battery is 6 cells, so we have secured enough autonomy. The Medion Akoya E1225 includes the operating system Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Started 2010.
